We currently have a Sydney based opportunity for a Professional Services Consultant, with a track record in assisting organisations implement and deploy Learning Management Systems and/or HRMS Systems. Prior Experience and Qualifications
- Qualification in business-related discipline
- Experience of about 3 years of client facing experience including

Consulting and Facilitation Skills:
- Business analysis and consulting skills for deployment of Learning and Performance Management Systems (L&PMS) including understanding business requirements and configuring the Learning and Performance Management systems to meet the requirements.
- Conduct and develop collateral for face to face software training for customers (L&PMS).
Interpersonal Skills:
- Positive and confident communication style with well developed meeting facilitation skills.
- A commitment to providing the highest quality of customer service.
- Highly motivated, intuitive and creative. Ability to contribute to a positive team. environment and motivate others during project work.
- Analytical and problem resolution skills.
Technology Skills:
- Good understanding of the technology requirements for implementing web based enterprise wide applications.
- Programming Skills (ASP/ .Net, PHP, Java) and knowledge of Database Skills (SQL Server/ Oracle) will be highly regarded.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), AICC and/or SCORM compliance will be advantageous.

Key results areas and accountabilities
The role is accountable for the following activities:

- Minimum 2 years experience in an operational or consulting role with an Australian Energy Market Participant
- Experience in conducting requirements workshops with end-users, interpreting business needs and developing appropriate solutions.
- Excellent verbal communication skills evidenced through conducting training sessions, product demonstrations, facilitating workshops etc
- Excellent written communication skills evidenced through development of project material such as training material, user guides etc
- Well developed knowledge of testing methodology and experience in development, execution and reporting progress of test plans
- An understanding of the systems / software design lifecycle
- Minimum 1 years experience in software development
- Sound knowledge of:
