Here’s a few of the qualifications you need to be successful:
- 3 to 5 years search & selection experience across mid to senior level technical or digital (a must..sorry).
- A proven capacity to manage and deliver various phases of the recruitment lifecycle.
- A track record of proactively developing relationships with passive and active candidates through a variety of methods, including networking, cold calling, emailing, etc.
